I like the app, and it is pretty easy to use. However I wish it were faster. You have to tap the screen to show the finals hands. Once you hit Done, it should just flip and show. I like the idea of having higher value chips also. Thanks for the app though. I love "Chinese Poker".
I have been playing Pai Gow in the casinos but have never quite understood why people bet the way they do and how "the house" would play a hand. Now it makes sense and I cant wait to go back to try it for real!!! Great app!
VERY authentic. Like sitting at the table in a Vegas-type Casino . LOVE it. And, playing for $10 & $25-bets ... Ive accumulated over $12,000 in winning so far.
Overall good app. I have played for a while and havent detected any repeating sequences. It is slightly a ward to have to continue to tap the screen for every action and I hope they will fix some of that in future updates, but still a fun game to play.
Some bad moments
1. 3 out of 5 hands are Pai Gow hands statistically it should be 1.5 out of 10 or 15 out of 100
That means the statistics in the stats are fabricated
2 No ability to be the banker
3 No ability to select 2 pair or flush type hands to practice on
4 Crashes every 10-15 minutes
Crash, crash, crash! Thats all this app does, is crash! $1.99 for an app that you cant even play for long because once you lose all your money and its "game over"..its literally game over!! The app just shuts down! I tried starting a new session but it would just return to the game over screen and when you click back..it crashes..EVERY SINGLE TIME! $1.99 may not be much but it sure is a lot when youre getting nothing! Save your money..the free pai gow app is better.
It needs to give you the choice of changing your bet without having to go back to the start. You should also be able to refill your chips.
Would be much better if I could figure out how I can play 2 hands on the same game & device
Watch out if you build up your winnings and then return to the game, it resets you back to 500. A big let down. Plus you cant play the bonus on the dragon hand.
Game is fun to play but does have some major flaws. The constant view change while dealing can be annoying. However, not keeping a running total of your winnings is the real problem.
